The contract of driving tuition is made solely between the Driving Instructor (Jon Rich, 1st Stop Driving Tuition), and you, the Pupil.
Pupils are required to have a valid Provisional Driving Licence before they can start learning to drive. The Provisional Driving Licence should be brought along to the first driving lesson so that your Driving Instructor can make a note of the relevant details.
You must notify your Driving Instructor of any matters which affect your ability or entitlement to have driving tuition, for example, but not limited to, any lack, or loss, of a valid Provisional Driving Licence.
All matters relating to the timing, location and duration of individual driving lessons will be subject to agreement between the Driving Instructor and the Pupil.
If you wish to cancel or reschedule a driving lesson, a minimum of 48 hours prior notice should be given. If the required 48 hours notice is not received, the full driving lesson fee will be charged as if taken.
Payment for driving lessons is required in advance.
Payment can be made by cash, bank transfer or cheque. All cheques should be made payable to:
'1st Stop Driving Tuition'.
The price of driving lessons which have not been pre-paid as part of a block booking may be changed at any time. You will always receive prior notice of such changes. Please also see the Lessons Prices for the latest prices.
The cost of pre-paid tuition is based on the lesson price in force at the time of booking and will be honoured for the duration of the block booking purchased (irrespective of any price increase that may occur between the date of booking and when the driving lessons are taken). You will always receive prior notice of any price increases to future block bookings.
You cannot sell or transfer driving lessons which have been purchased in ‘your name’ to any other person without prior consultation and consent from 1st Stop Driving Tuition.
Gift Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. These are non-refundable and non-transferable.
