Having had a couple of driving lessons prior to learning with Jon had been an unpleasant experience, and had really put me off. The Driving Instructor was very strict, and made me feel stupid, uneasy and nervous. I was therefore very relieved that I felt so comfortable and at ease during my driving lessons with Jon. He was friendly yet professional, and when I made mistakes he never had a go at me, shouted or made me feel stupid, he would just correct and encourage me in a positive way. His teaching style was great! I passed my Driving Test first time, and have since done Pass Plus which gave me that extra confidence and experience. It also saved me money off my Car Insurance Policy. I recently recommended a friend, and he also passed first time. Learning to drive really was an enjoyable experience!
Jon is a great Driving Instructor, he is friendly yet professional. I always felt that the lessons were very well planned, excellent value for money, and more importantly enjoyable. I can honestly say that I really looked forward to my driving lessons, and was always confident that I would pass. Jon kept me well informed, and gave me a progress update each lesson so I knew exactly how I was doing. We also did a couple of Mock Tests so that I had a good idea of what to expect before I took my Driving Test, and the feedback and advice from these were excellent. He trained me well, and I passed first time. I definitely recommend him!
Having already attempted my Driving Test twice in the past, I was obviously nervous about starting all over again. However, Jon's calm and patient manner really helped me to regain my confidence, and calm my nerves. I liked the fact that Jon was always punctual, reliable and flexible. He would often collect me from home, and then drop me off at work after my lesson which was really useful. I also found the car really easy to handle, and very comfortable to drive. I definitely recommend Jon, and advise everyone to do Pass Plus, as it really gives you that extra confidence and experience before you go it alone!
As a Complete Beginner, I didn't really know what to expect, and so I was very relieved that Jon was such a patient, friendly Driving Instructor. I mean I had heard from other people that their Driving Instructors shouted at them! I always enjoyed my driving lessons, and believe that this was because of the comfortable, professional atmosphere in which they were conducted. Not long before I was due to take my Driving Test, I was involved in a car accident, and even though I was only a passenger, it really set me back, and knocked my confidence. After I recovered from my injuries, Jon helped me to regain my confidence, and we did some intensive lessons so that I was fully prepared, and still able to take my Driving Test as planned. I passed first time, and was thrilled. I'm so glad that my friend recommended Jon to me. I couldn't have done it without him!
I've always been into cars, so it was great to finally start my driving lessons. I found the car very easy to drive, and having power steering made doing the manoeuvres a breeze. I wasn't at all nervous when it came to my driving lessons or my test for that matter, and I think it was because I knew that Jon had trained me to a really high standard, and I knew exactly what I needed to do in order to pass. I passed my Driving Test first time, and have since recommended several friends to Jon. He proved that learning really can be fun!
